Kids love anything official. A certificate turns a lost tooth into an achievement, with proof. Our Tooth Certificate shows your child's first name, which tooth it was, the date it came out and what the fairy awarded, all certified by the Royal Tooth Fairy Service with a gold seal and the fairy's signature in script. For a first tooth, the title changes to First Tooth Certificate, which is the one parents tend to frame. To be clear about how it works: the certificate comes with the $6.99 magic version, together with the animated letter page and a print-ready copy of both. You pay once, there is no subscription, and you can print it as often as you like. Families put it on the fridge, frame it for a bedroom wall, or slip it into the memory box next to the tooth itself. It also works beautifully for lost and swallowed teeth, because fairy rules say those still count.

  • Dear Mia, I heard about the dentist

I heard that your tooth needed a little help to come out, and that you were brave at the dentist. That takes a very special kind of courage.

The dentist and I are on the same team. We both want your smile to be healthy and happy. You helped us both today. And I heard you bit into a crunchy apple!

I have left a shiny coin under your pillow, and I added a gold star to your name in my Book of Brave Hearts.

    With a big fairy hug,

    Twinkle

    Brave at the Dentist

For a tooth that needed a little help. The dentist and the fairy are on the same team.

Questions parents ask

What is a tooth fairy certificate?

It is an official-looking award from the Tooth Fairy that records a lost tooth: the child's name, which tooth, the date and the reward, with a seal and signature. It makes the moment feel important and gives you a keepsake.

What goes on a first tooth certificate?

Ours includes the title First Tooth Certificate, your child's first name and age (if you add it), the date, a line saying the tooth was sparkling and worthy of the Tooth Fairy Castle, the reward, a gold Royal Tooth Fairy Service seal and the fairy's signature.

Can I print the certificate at home?

Yes. After you publish, you get a print-ready letter and certificate that fits US Letter or A4. Use your browser's Save as PDF if you'd like a file to keep.

Is the certificate included with the letter?

Yes. The certificate is part of the $6.99 magic version, which also includes the animated letter page and a shareable link with a QR code. The free printable is the letter only.

Can I make one for a lost or swallowed tooth?

Absolutely. Pick one of the Oops letters and the certificate still records the tooth. As the fairy says, a swallowed tooth still counts.

Tonight's the night.

The tooth is under the pillow. The letter takes two minutes.
